I’m Brad, a digital marketing consultant based in Essex, UK. Over the last ten years, I’ve helped SMEs in e-commerce, SaaS, and professional services grow faster and spend smarter. When I’m not leading a paid-media team at an agency, I’m partnering with brands like yours.

What sort of results can we expect and how quickly?
It depends on the channel and strategy, but the majority of clients will see results within 2-4 weeks with incremental gains over 3 months and beyond. My focus is on what will drive the most profitability for your brand the fastest.
Do we need to increase ad spend to grow?
No, not necessarily. My approach is to make sure we're making your current campaigns and traffic work harder (CRO, creative, audiences, ad copy, etc). When profitability improves, then we can begin to scale spend confidently.
How do you measure success?
We will establish clear KPIs for your business before launching, which will be reported on weekly through our custom-built dashboard.

Can you work with our current tech stack?
Yes. I've got extensive knowledge across a wide range of tools from including the conventional GA4, Google/Meta Ads, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc. There are never any rebuilds unless ROI is obvious.
How do you work with our sales team?
I align lead quality definitions, routing, and feedback loops so ad learnings improve the pipeline, not just CPL and vanity metrics.
Do you handle creative and copy?
Yes, I work with some incredibly talented designers, meaning I can provide you with scroll-stopping ad concepts, landing page copy, and graphics.
Will you work alongside our team or agency?
Certainly. Depending on the requirements, I can either work independently or align alongside your existing workflow and team, where I will provide the strategy and coordinate tests so everyone is in the loop.
What’s your availability and cadence?
My main hours are Monday to Friday, UK time. I'm available over digital platforms such as Teams, Slack, WhatsApp and others. I can also provide weekly, bi-weekly and monthly strategy reviews and meetings.
Do you provide training and handover?
Yes. I document everything and can run playbook sessions, so your team can keep gaining after I step back.
What tools do you use? Will we need new ones?
I have a variety of industry-leading tools that I can provide, but I can also work alongside your existing tech stack. If there's a case for a tool change that can drive clear ROI (e.g., email/SMS platform, testing tool), I'll recommend those options and costs.
What makes you different?
My experience separates me from other digital marketing freelancers. Currently, I head a paid media department at an established marketing agency, and I also have extensive, cross-channel knowledge that spans across 10+ years, backed up by proven results.
What do you need from us to start?
During our kick-off call, I will identify all the areas we will need access to. For platform access, this is sent via a link. After the call, I will plan and present the first sprint plan for approval.
What is your pricing model?
It depends on the service, level of complexity and other factors, but below is a general overview.
- Advisory / Work-With-You from £800/pm
- Sprint Campaign + Implementation from £1,500/pm
This includes time, resources and industry-grade tools. There are no surprise add-ons.
Do you offer performance-based fees?
Maybe. If you're ambitious with solid tracking and volume, I would be happy to discuss hybrid structures after the initial audit.
Do you have a minimum ad spend?
I don't, however, I can provide recommended ad spends through forecasting to ensure we meet your KPI's. A good rule of thumb is to invest at least £1,500 initially to optimise and then scale.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
There is an initial 4-month sprint, which allows for planning and deliverables to be completed. This provides enough time to effectively implement the strategy and measure results.
After the initial sprint, we can explore a new sprint or switch to a rolling 30-day contract.
For all non-retainer work, there is no minimum term; however, all work carried out requires a signed agreement from both sides.
What if we don't see results?
I will only work with you if I truly believe I can add value. If I don't feel there's anything that can be done, I will provide you with the roadmap for free.
